“Mission on Track”

Mission on Track

Mission on Track is the quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation system developed for the Songs for Rights 2026 Work Plan. Its purpose is to ensure that all 21 activities are implemented effectively, remain aligned with project objectives, and contribute to the priorities of the EU Youth Strategy and the European Youth Goals. Introduced at the beginning of the project and integrated across all activities, the system provides a structured framework for tracking progress, measuring results and supporting continuous improvement throughout the year.

The tool combines both quantitative and qualitative monitoring methods, including participant feedback, surveys, activity reports, outreach data and impact indicators. Particular attention is given to assessing youth participation, inclusion, representation, learning outcomes, stakeholder engagement and the overall contribution of activities to democratic participation, EU values, wellbeing and sustainability. By collecting evidence and feedback on an ongoing basis, Mission on Track helps the network identify successes, address challenges and ensure that activities remain relevant, responsive and impactful for young people across Europe.
