Its purpose is to ensure that all<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>21 activities<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>are implemented effectively, remain aligned with project objectives, and contribute to the priorities of the<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>EU Youth Strategy<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>and the<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>European Youth Goals<\/strong>. Introduced at the beginning of the project and integrated across all activities, the system provides a structured framework for tracking progress, measuring results and supporting continuous improvement throughout the year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The tool combines both<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>quantitative and qualitative monitoring methods<\/strong>, including participant feedback, surveys, activity reports, outreach data and impact indicators. Particular attention is given to assessing youth participation, inclusion, representation, learning outcomes, stakeholder engagement and the overall contribution of activities to democratic participation, EU values, wellbeing and sustainability.
